| Charles H.
Sevier is Chief Manager and principal broker of Crump
Commercial, LLC. In recent years, he has helped the
deregulated trucking industry restructure its real estate
usage while conducting his broader commercial brokerage. Mr.
Sevier has handled both sales and leases for numerous truck
terminals, truck services, and container storage facilities,
including assisting Swift Transportation, Contract Freighters,
Inc., and Watkins Motor Lines in their search and acquisition
of facilities in the Memphis area. Also, Mr. Sevier has
specialized in commercial and industrial sales and leases
along the southeast quadrant of Memphis and within the
Bartlett Industrial Park; these include the sale of the
204,000 SF former Treasury Building on Lamar Avenue, the
37,200 SF Modern Door and Hardware Building on Knight Arnold
Road, and the lease to Southern Electrical Supply on Adrianne
Place. Mr. Sevier has handled numerous office leases including
the lease up of Conwood's excess office space in East Memphis.
Mr. Sevier has been active in the Memphis Real Estate Market
for 23 years following a period of real estate development in
Chicago. He received his CCIM Designation in 1990, his SIOR
Designation in 1995, and has completed three appraisal courses
sponsored by the Appraisal Institute. He was 1997 President of
the CCIM Memphis Chapter and was the 2002-2003 President of the
SIOR Memphis Chapter. He is a graduate of Christian Brothers
University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics.

| Dick has
been in the Commercial Real Estate business since 1973 and has
specialized in traditional third party brokerage since 1976.
Dick has represented both local and national firms in the
disposition and acquisition of properties within the Metro
Market. Some of the firms he has represented include Hunter
Fan Company, Treadways Corporation, Chrysler Corp., AT&T
Global Information Solutions, Consolidated Systems, Wal-Mart,
National Gypsum Company, Farmer Bros., Sonoco, The Memphis
Group, Mid-South Transport, Resourse Net, Goulds Pumps, and
Toro, to mention a few. Dick holds the SIOR designation,
specializing in Industrial Real Estate. He has been a member
of SIOR since 1989 and has served locally as Chapter Programs
Chairman, Treasurer, and President. He was elected to the
National Board of Directors for a 2 year term and was awarded
the Largest Dollar Volume Transaction in 1995. Dick is a
graduate of Memphis State University with a Bachelor of
Business Administration Degree. He has been a member of the
Memphis Area Association of REALTORS since 1976.

| Robert L.
Harrell has been active in the Memphis Metro Area for over
twenty-five (25) years. He served as Director of Marketing for
Draper and Kramer's Memphis office which was charged with
developing and leasing AmberJack Ltd., Inc.'s investment
property, a mixed use business park comprised of 280 acres and
over 1.2 million square feet of improvements. With a diversity
of experience to draw upon, Mr. Harrell is equally adept at
servicing a medical industry client as he is an office or
distribution user. Some recognizable companies he has
accommodated are: MedExpress (now LabCorp.), Smith, Nephew and
Richards, Federal Express, PharmaThera, CFS Falkenroth,
Konica, Owens-Minor and Emery Air Freight. A degree of
specialty is afforded users with fiber optic and auxiliary
power requirements. Mr. Harrell has obtained the professional
certifications of CCIM and SIOR. Additionally, he maintains
membership in the Memphis Area Board of Realtors and the
Mid-South Medical Group Management Society. Formal education
includes a BBA and an ME from Memphis State University
(University of Memphis). |

| Treat
Macdonald is a Partner of Crump Commercial, LLC. Since 1985 he
has concentrated on brokerage and management of industrial
real estate in the Memphis Metro area. Treat is an active
member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors and he
is a Life Member of the Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club with
in excess of 11 million square feet leased, subleased or sold
in Tennessee, Arkansas and Mississippi. Treat holds real
estate broker licenses in Tennessee and Mississippi. He has
served as Secretary, Treasurer, and as President of the
Memphis Metro CCIM Chapter; as Vice-Chairman of the Grievance
Committee, as ViceChairman of the Professional Standards
Committee, and as a Director of the Memphis Area Association
of Realtors. Treat is currently Chairman of the Budget and
Finance Committee, and VicePresident of the SIOR Memphis
Chapter. Treat's Bachelor of Business Administration degree
was earned at Memphis State University.

| Everett
joined Crump Commercial, LLC in 2001 to build up the office
leasing side of the company. He brings to the company a
comprehensive and varied background of professional sales
experience. Born in Memphis, he attended White Station High
School and graduated from Lees-McRae College with an AS degree
in business and later graduated from Memphis State University
with a BS degree in Geology. Before coming to Crump
Commercial, Everett worked for a Professional Employer
Organization with a sales territory that included 2 states.
Prior to that, he co-founded a company that designed and built
waste-to-energy incinerators. He is an Eagle Scout (Boy
Scouts) and a former member of the 1977-79 National
Intercolligiate Championship Racquetball Team at Memphis State
University. Everett is currently pursuing his CCIM
designation. |

Blair commenced his real estate brokerage career in
1973 and focused on industrial and investment sales and
leases. His transactions have ranged from lease of an 1,875
sq. ft. service center space to sale of the 1,400,000 sq. ft.
Firestone Tire manufacturing plant. Largest lease has been
$20,370,000 and largest investment sale
$10,800,000.
Blair has served the Society of Industrial and Office
Realtors locally as chapter President (2 years) and nationally
as District Vice President (2 years) and Director (8
years).
Blair's earlier career included engineering,
sales/marketing, and management positions primarily in the
chemical industry. He was a carrier based jet all weather
fighter pilot with the US Navy. He graduated from Princeton
with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree (BSE) and
from Harvard with a Master of Business Administration degree
(MBA). |

| Jess is Crump Commercial, LLC’s office
and retail representative for tenant assignments. Jess has been licensed since 1984. He joined
the Memphis Area Association of Realtors in 1984. Jess began his commercial real estate career
marketing One Memphis Place, a new downtown Memphis high-rise office building. Shortly
thereafter, he joined The Galbreath Company, Inc. as an office and retail leasing agent. After
being promoted to vice president, Jess assumed responsibility for sales/marketing, leasing and
management of all commercial accounts. He later joined Trammell Crow Company as marketing
representative for One Commerce Square, one of downtown Memphis’ premier office buildings.
While at Trammell Crow, his leasing experience led him into the Brokerage Services Group, which
specialized in acquisitions/dispositions and tenant representation. As an exclusive tenant representative,
Jess is able to draw on his experience in marketing, lease negotiations, tenant/landlord relations,
property management and construction management in order to provide his clients with the highest
level of professionalism.
Jess is a graduate of Memphis State University and is currently pursuing his CCIM designation with the CCIM Institute.
